
Aspirational Dinner
The Aspirational Dinner will allow the youths to meet and interact with their role models over dinner via the informal setting.
The youths can also learn, discover and find out more about the success stories of the role models during the Role Model’s Presentation Session.
As a closing act of the first phase of the Capture Aspirations program, the participants will also share their works in the official launch of the youth-curated Capture Aspirations multimedia online portal.

10 X Participants from Capture Aspirations
Youth participants of Capture Aspirations program, age ranging from 12 to 21.
The youths have undergone four photography seminar sessions that culminated in a multimedia website to showcase their portfolio under the themes of youth aspirations and youths in community.
During the program, we will be able to find out about their aspirations and help to map their
aspirations to role models we can find.
20 X Participants from other organizations
Youths who are from underprivileged background or are interested in finding ways to which they can
achieve their aspirations.
Partners: Institute of Technical Education and Jalan Kukoh Residents' Committee
Youths will be surveyed to identify their Aspirations and we will invite relevant role models who can
consult on how they can work towards achieving their aspirations.
Role Models:
Role Models will give a 5 to 10 minute presentation about their life, passions, works and anecdotal stories that seeks to inspires or provide positive examples of aspirational pathways that the youths can take. The central theme is to allow the youths to see that their aspirations are within grasp and very possible to
achieve.

Yan Neil Chan was awarded the Full Yong Siew Toh Music Scholarship in 2011 and is now studying Recording Arts and Science at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. He is also under the University Scholars Programme (USP) at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

C.S.Ling is a Wildlife / Nature / Pets & Family Photographer in Singapore. She endeavors to raise awareness on environmental/wildlife issues in Asia through the power of photography. Her compelling images of vanishing landscape & endangered wildlife coupled with her dedication to educate the younger generation has earned her the title of "Great Women of Our Time 2011 (Arts & Media)" organized by Singapore Women's Weekly magazine.
